Marija Medved HR Manager
Marija Medved, HR Manager

As Human Resources Manager Marija guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for Manning Global. This includes internal recruiting and staffing; organisational departmental planning; performance management and improvement systems; organisation development; employment compliance; employee onboarding and offboarding; staff training and employee health and safety.

Marija’s passion and dedication to the role ensures Manning Global maintains the highest level of staff productivity and goal attainment at all times. Fluent in German – where she lived briefly during her childhood – plus English and Croatian, when not in the office Marija can be found at the movies, practicing yoga or enjoying a good book.

Sandra Bjelić Business Support Manager
Sandra Bijelić, Business Support Manager

Sandra is responsible for the day to day coordination and management of the Business Support department. This includes the setting up and preparing of contracts and other legal documents, training of new Business Support staff and handling all inquiries from clients, consultants and internal staff.

Able to communicate in French, English, German, Spanish and Croatian, Sandra’s strong leadership qualities and effective people management skills help to promote a high level of performance in all Manning Global employees. An essential member of the team, Sandra maximises proficiency across all areas of the business. She is able to project objectives of quality, timeliness and commercial goals, as well as identify solutions to any problems regarding consultant and client management.

When not in the office Sandra enjoys listening to music and watching movies.

Charles Dupuy, IT Support Manager
Charles Dupuy, IT Support Manager

As Head of IT-Service and Support department Charles and his team are responsible for all relevant IT matters within Manning Global. This includes the ability to build and implant all future-oriented IT infrastructure.

Since joining the company in 2010 Charles has converted Manning Global’s IT structure from local to cloud computing across all platforms. He manages all of the organisation’s software needs – including implementing necessary software, as well as safeguarding the IT base of the company by installing essential protection tools.

When not ensuring that all necessary mechanisms are in place for Manning Global staff to achieve their goals, Charles likes to run and play football.
