User Experience Managing Consultant - Germany

Manning Global Group is currently looking for a (senior) User Experience Managing Consultant for one of their clients, a major telecoms company.

You are expected to have the following experience:

• UE design in B2B and complex e-commerce environments.
• Project delivery management throughout the project life-cycle.
• Idea generation and identification of UE innovation and differentiation skills.
• Quality assurance.
• Review and reporting skills on existing eCommerce propositions and development of roadmap to accommodate future innovation streams.
• Give strategic guidance in various User Experience projects, concerning all part of the conceptualization and development of new applications and web-based services.

You must have Minimum of 10 years experience in the B2B and consumer online space. *Experience in designing high quality online e-Commerce and self-service tools with a proven track record in driving innovation. *5 years experience in Agile development processes and user-centric design principles.
